1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team at accounts@adelaideheatpumps.com.au or call 08 8312 5969 to request a return authorisation (RA) number.

• Once you receive your RA number, securely package your item(s) and include the RA number on the outside of the package.

• Ship the item(s) to the following address:

• Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or a replacement due to a defect, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return if based on change of mind, including:

• Pool Cover(s),
• Pool Roller(s),
• Pool heat pumps
• Hot water heat pumps
