Please make sure you read and understand Adelaide Heat Pumps terms and conditions prior to any purchase. By accessing or using the Adelaide Heat Pumps online content, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the online content. All purchases constitute an agreement that the buyer will adhere to all terms and conditions as set out on this page. By purchasing you are entering into a legally binding contract with Adelaide Heat Pumps, whereupon you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of sale as set out by Adelaide Heat Pumps.

Prices

Prices payable for items are inclusive of GST in Australian Dollars. Prices listed are by individual unit’s unless stated. Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. Once an order has been accepted by Adelaide Heat Pumps and a purchase contract formed, the price of the product cannot be varied except by agreement between the purchaser and Adelaide Heat Pumps either in writing or by email.

On occasions despite best efforts it may be possible a product price may be incorrectly displayed on website. If a product’s correct price is lower than the stated price on website, we will send order and refund difference if applicable. If correct price is higher than price displayed on website, we will contact you before shipping to request whether you want to purchase product at correct revised price or provide a refund in full.

Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control Adelaide Heat Pumps are unable to supply a particular item(s), we will notify you as soon as possible by phone or email. Adelaide Heat Pumps will either provide a full refund for the unavailable product or place goods on backorder. Shipping costs for backorders will be incurred by Adelaide Heat Pumps.

Delivery Insurance

This fee is optional on selected products and recommended as we will replace any and all items free of charge if they arrive damaged or lost in transit. If you choose not to take up optional freight protection fee and product may be damaged or lost in transit, please be aware delays may occur to investigate cause, liability and communicate with transport providers. Delivery insurance covers damaged or lost in transit goods despatched from our warehouse to your designated delivery address. All deliveries should be checked upon receiving your order, claims for delivery insurance can only be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or change your order you must advise Adelaide Heat Pumps within 1 business day of placing your order. Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse and in transit, cancellations or changes to orders will not be accepted. Email: hello@adelaideheatpumps.com.au or phone 0466533983 for cancellation requests within 1 business day of order placement. Adelaide Heat Pumps reserves the right to decline or enter into a purchase contract and may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch of order. Adelaide Heat Pumps reserves the right to cancel and not ship to some destinations.

Adelaide Heat Pumps does not accept any liability whatsoever for consequential loss, injury, or damage caused by use of the product in a manner not designed, recommended or intended by the manufacturer. Adelaide Heat Pumps does not accept any liability whatsoever for any third party claims or financial claims for delayed works as a result of undelivered goods, goods lost or damaged during transit.
